The scenarios are very dependent on building a certain deck. Ultimately, I realized there are parts of the game that really turn me off. I was invested in this game for quite some time and I think I've got two full cycles worth of content. Lord of the Rings: LCG - This is the precursor to Arkham, which means I should love it. Also, the deckbuilding was still very light and I probably added/changed less than ten cards to my deck over the course of the campaign. This was just "go to the location, draw a card, roll for a test" over and over. Contrast that with Arkham, where every scenario in a campaign can play very differently and give a completely different feel. However, everything in it just felt so samey. Granted, I've only played the first campaign, so things may have changed. The deckbuilding is extremely light in this one, so don't get it for that aspect. There are just too many moving pieces in the game and they don't all really fit together in a way that makes sense to me. Mage Knight - I've played this a handful of times, and I just find it to be too clunky. It definitely didn't suck me into the Marvel universe as much as it could have. Playing multiple Wolverine cards in a single turn, for example, seems a little weird, even though they are different moves or powers. I don't find it extremely difficult, and I find that the theme isn't extremely strong. It plays similar to Ascension (in my opinion). Legendary: Marvel - Pretty light deckbuilder. You can also ask in the regular Board Gaming OT as well. I've played all of these, but don't have a lot of plays on some of them.
